Social Media & Administration Officer (Temporary)
We are looking for someone reliable, punctual and trustworthy to join our office team as our Social Media & Administration Officer!

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our office team as our Social Media and Administration Officer. This is a temporary role to cover maternity leave that could be perfect for someone who is looking to gain some experience in a fast paced office environment.
About the role:
- 30 hours a week spread over 4 weekdays
- £17,940 per annum
- Temporary/ Maternity cover

Key Responsibilities:
- To provide general administrative support to the office team and care assistants.
- To maintain accurate and up to date computerised and hardcopy records, for example, staff and customer files.
- To answer telephone calls and enquiries in a professional manner.
- To maintain company compliance grids, ensuring staff and customer confidentiality is prioritised at all times.
- To maintain social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Linked-In and Instagram.
- To work to a budget to produce digital advertisements.
- To monitor and act on recruitment enquiries and applications.
- To conduct job interviews in a friendly and professional manner.
- To ensure all background employment checks are in place for all new and pre-existing staff members.
Ideally we are looking for someone who is punctual and reliable and is able to work swiftly, following company guidelines and procedures.
No previous experience or qualifications are necessary for this role, but basic IT knowledge and communication skills would be advantageous.
