Area Manager / Qualified Nurse

About the Role

As an Area Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality care to our customers by overseeing all aspects of team management and quality assurance. You’ll ensure that our services meet the highest standards and that each individual receives personalized support tailored to their unique needs.

This is a dynamic role, blending office-based duties with community-based work where you’ll actively support your team in the field. You’ll also be part of our on-call rota, ensuring our services run smoothly at all times.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a leader with:

• Proven experience in a care setting, with a strong understanding of care operations.
• A background in managing and mentoring teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Experience in managing rotas and overseeing service performance.
• An NVQ/QCF Level 3 or higher in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care and ensuring the well-being of our clients.

Essential Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car.
• The right to work in the UK.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in English.
