• This is a community based Care Assistant role covering the Vale of Glamorgan, including Barry. You will be required to have a Full UK Driving Licence and your own reliable vehicle.

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high quality care & support to our customers in every aspect of daily life including:

• Supporting our customers with personal care
• Providing companionship
• Assisting with shopping, meal preparation and simple domestic tasks
• Supporting with medication management
• Promoting independence to our customers as an alternative to residential care homes.

Shifts:

• 7am – 3pm and 3pm – 11pm – Monday to Sunday
• One evening per week
• 2 shifts every other weekend

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
